These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bodhira.ai ("Service"), operated by Bodhira.ai Technologies. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Students under 18 must use the Service through an account created and supervised by their school or parent/guardian. Schools and educators warrant they have the right to create student accounts.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Bodhira.ai a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI responses are generated by third-party language models. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for a teacher. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions. AI usage is subject to a daily per-student token allowance set by your school or the platform; once the allowance is reached, AI replies pause until it resets the next day.
The platform lets parents and class teachers message each other. Communications must stay respectful and education-related. We may review or remove content that breaches these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Plans auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bodhira.ai is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
